Changed DSi link to 2018 collection, contains the same games as the 2021 collection, merely missing some DSi NAND dumps.

Updated DS Download Play link to point to the latest No-Intro Collection.

If Citra says the roms are encrypted, use either download [Batch CIA-3DS Decryptor](https://gbatemp.net/download/batch-cia-3ds-decryptor.35098/) to decrypt. If you would like to get a proper No-Intro hash from the converted file try [This More Advanced Tool](https://archive.org/download/pkmn_collection/3DS%20%2B%20CIA%20Rom%20Script.rar).

Windows installation instructions
Add the downloaded pastebin text file to `C:/Users/<your_user_name>/AppData/Roaming/Citra/sysdata` make sure it is named aes_keys.txt
