Channel 14 is available only in Japan and is DSSS-only according to IEEE 802.11-2012 19.4.3 and MIC Equipment Ordinance (EO) for Regulating Radio Equipment article 49.20. At the same time, P2P should avoid using DSSS modulation in normal operation according to P2P specification v1.2 2.4.1.
