The new p2p_add_cli_chan=1 configuration parameter can be used to request passive-scan channels to be included in P2P channel lists for cases where the local end may become the P2P client in a group. This allows more options for the peer to use channels, e.g., if the local device is not aware of its current location and has marked most channels to require passive scanning.
