The wpas_config_file_key_mgmt fails with this error if wpa_supplicant is
built without CONFIG_SUITEB192=y:
Exception: SET_NETWORK failed
Exception: SET_NETWORK failed
Skip the WPA-EAP-SUITE-B-192 case if it is not supported in
wpa_supplicant so that the rest of the key_mgmt test coverage is
included.

This test case was mistakenly leaving the country code FI configured at
the end which could result in issues with the following test cases. Fix
this by explicitly clearing the country code back to world roaming 00 at
the end of wpas_config_file.

This verifies that a WPA2PSK passphrase with control characters gets
rejected in a WPS Credential and that control characters in SSID get
written as a hexdump.

SAVE_CONFIG command on the global control interface tries to save
the config file on all interfaces. The test disabled updating the
config file only on one interface, thus for configurations that
support a dedicated P2P Device interface, saving the config file
would still have succeeded on the P2P Device interface.
Fix the test by disabling updating the configuration file on the global
control interface (which will, in practice, disable this for the P2P
Device interface) in addition to disabling it on the main interface.

The new wpa_supplicant configuration file writing style leaves behind
the temporary file (<filename>.tmp) if renaming fails. Clean that up in
the test case execution.

The new wpa_supplicant configuration writing design (rename instead of
write to original file) did not fail with the symlink-to-self case, so
replace this with the config file being replaced with a directory. In
addition, get rid of unnecessary use of subprocess since run-tests.py is
running as root nowadays.
