Fix some VHT Capabilities definitions

Browse Source 
VHT_CAP_BEAMFORMEE_STS_MAX, VHT_CAP_SOUNDING_DIMENSION_OFFSET, and
VHT_CAP_MAX_A_MPDU_LENGTH_EXPONENT were not defined properly (wrong
name/size). Fix that and update the hostapd.conf parsing accordingly.
